nvc invoice and what docs beneficiary needs to collect and send?

HELLO All,

on nvc login site Both AOS AND VISA FEE IS WRITTEN PAY NOW IT MEANS ITS READY TO PAY AND INVOICED ALREADY ? OR WE HAVE TO CALL NVC BEFORE PAYING OR WE CAN STILL PAY DIRECTLY WITHOUT CALLING THEM AS THE STATUS IS SHOWING PAY NOW. ? sECONDLY WT DOCUMENTS I HAVE TO COLLECT AS A BENEFICIARY TO SEND IN IV PACKAGE AS I LIVE IN iNDIA? wHAT IS A iv package? what documents we have to send in IV PACKAGE ?
