I sent two format one of the was the binder with all the important information another one was an album with picture of my partner and I. The album was sent back however I know that the pictures are a requirement as proof that we have met in the last two years. Although that I have sent proof of my flint and passport stamps with it. Should I wait to reicieve an RFE or should I call to see if I can send my pictures in without wait? ??☹️

You should've taken the time to read uscis mailing tips. They don't like binders, albums, thumb drives, etc.

it's possible you'll get a rfe, depending on what else you sent as proof of having met within the last two years and if they deem the proof you sent acceptable. If and until then, please be patient. You should only send documents if they request them, sending things without a request most likely will end in them not being put together with the original package.

Good luck
