I have recieved my interview letter and the interview will be on dec 13. I am a little confused about some of the things mentioned in the letter. I have already sent all of my civil documents in originals, which includes birth certificate, marriage certificate in English and Urdu, police certificate and affidavit of support. The NVC is askin me to bring all originals. How do I bring them if they already have it. Should i get "new" originals.? And as far as affidavit is concern Can I just print a new copy and sign in ink ? should I sign todays date? Or same as the one I sent .?.. Plz reply ... I need to make sure everything is correct this time... It was a tough ride at NVC (after gettin 2 checklists) wana make sure everything is perfect now....and no more delays :((

Im sorry that you have to go through this again but you are not suppose to send originals to NVC since along the transit to Consulate some files may get lost. I would suggest to get another set and you need to photocopy them again to submit during interview as what the P4 instructions.

another set of civil documents as well as AOS. The thing is we don't know for sure which one they will ask or if they ask any. That's why they dont advise sending originals but just copies of it.

I pray you made copies of all your original documents. Hopefully they forwarded the originals. But no guarantee. Sorry. The first thing they will ask you to turn over are all your originals. Had them the copies and tell them originals were submitted to NVC and hope they don;t put you in AP and make you get all originals.

I have copies of everything.. I still got time to get originals.. Can I arrange them now ? Or wait

If i were you I'll arrange it. unless you want to take a chance to be on AP or that they will have your originals during interview and they wont need any.
