divorce decrees if you're still married nor the marriage certificate. Otherwise your list looks good. Are both of you on the title to the car or the car insurance? You could also add living wills, wills, and medical power of attorneys if you want. Wills are good to have in life, especially with a foreign spouse.

So you guys are divorced? Then don't worry about a will. A final will and testament is rather like a letter from someone describing what they want after they die. What kind of funeral they want, what they want done with their body, and if they have any possessions given to specific people. If you are in the process of getting divorced, I doubt your ex wife will want to do name you as a beneficiary in a will.

we are in process of divorce . it will be final next week. i also have another question regarding the cell phone plan. on the plan it shows my ex wifes name on on all 4 lines that we have ( hers, mine , her mother , and a tablet line that i have ) . do you think if i highlight my number and maybe write a statement saying that the #### is mine? or should try to get our carrier to write a statement about it ?

Then include it? I'm not sure what you're asking.... Because your name isnt right next to the phone number you're using? Is that what concerns you? I wouldn't worry about that.
