maybe you're right, maybe i shouldnt go forward with this, I'm way over my head, have a wonderful life I'm sure youre family is very well off and youre financially stable.

I'm sorry if my comment sounded mean. That was not my intention. I was saying this for your own good. Maybe you do want to rethink this? Maybe you want to get your income up to snuff so you

won't be swallowed up in debt. Maybe you need to get a higher paying job? Maybe it would not be fair to bring these people here and not be able to afford to buy them necessities. I know love

conquers all but at the same time we all need to take a step back sometimes and really think things through. I really do wish you the best. And by the way. I work 56 hours a week and my wife

works 40. She is also attending college half-time and interning 12 hours per week in a different job she hopes to get in the future. But we are working together and bought a beautiful house

last year. We are living the American dream, but it's not like we are well off. I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth. We both work very hard and we now have a baby on the way. I am getting a new part time job to replace my current part time job that will pay twice the money.(Because I have been training for the new job) I am paid very well and it's still tough. Seriously good luck to you all and most importantly God Bless. david

It is common sense. If you barely support yourself, why bring 3 more to suffer in US?

You also need to pay for their health insurance as well. Why should US taxpayers pay for their welfare.

well im sure youre a very rich guy that makes tons of money sadly i dont, im only making just enough, well i want to bring them here bec. i do love my fiance andni dont want to leave her kids behind so yes even ifnits gonna be hard for me to make a living im still willing to take a risk, and she can work here also when she gets her papers, even if im not making much im sure my sister will help me out maybe six figure income will ease your mind knowing that, and about the healthcare i can provide those because im working and im sure there is still an option to add them. DONT WORRY AMERICANS I WONT TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ?

I moved your post to a more appropriate forum. The forum where you posted is for ppl who have already received their k1, arrived in the US, married and are filing for adjustment of status.

I've also merged both of your threads as it is easier for members when all the information is in one spot. Please only start one thread for the same or similar questions.

thank you for doing that, im new to this, youve been very helpful.

Something I will never understand. Why would someone want to bring a spouse/fiance/children to the US to live in poverty? I don't get it...

First coming to the USA is possibly a step up in life but you refuse to recognize that it might be a possibility. Second, EVERYONE deserves a chance to have a friend, companion and a wife but you believe that they should not because of their social economic status in life. Maybe it's best not say anything at all if you disagree.
