Biometric Appointment Delays, what to do?

Hey,

I received my NO1 a month ago and I still have not received my Bio Appointment from CSC. I will probably wait a few more days, but I have read that some people had to do a service request to get their appointments. My questions are for anyone who has done a service request, what are your tips?

What is the best time to call?

Should we ask to speak to a tier 2 representative?

How did you do the request?

Just thought it would be nice to have the info here for those of us who may need it.

would that be the non-delivery of notice e-request?

I found that one HERE and I want to make sure this is it... it says that you should use this one if your case says that they sent you something, but in my case there is not update...

I did one online, and got my appt 15 days later.

AOS:
