So our interview was set for 10/12 however on 9/29 my husband went for his medical and was found with a small cloud in his x Ray. Because of him needed the extra testing for tb our interview was cancelled or said to be cancelled by the medical team in santo domigo. They told him they would let the embassy know about the sputum testing and after the 8 weeks send the results to the embassy. But when I check our status on ceac website it says ready for interview and was updated on our interview day. I just want to know what this means. And hopefully we didn't miss the interview day...

The embassy updated your case when the medical info was sent. In 8 weeks like they said they will notify the embassy of results if you pass the embassy will reschedule you. It will stay in READY.

You can always email the embassy to get clarity for your peace of mind.
