Hello everyone,

My fiance and I are trying to figure out if we need a new i-134 affidavit of support.

I sent the application on December 31, 2015. I included my 2014 tax return in the application.

It is now October 13,and she will be sending PACKET 3 in about a week so this would be around October 20.

I would much rather not do any new documents.

Will we be OK with the i-134 and the 2014 tax return?

You need I-134 at the K1 visa interview stage, not the I-129F petition stage.

You need to send her a updated I-134 form with all the support evidences like 2015 tax transcripts, W2 letter, latest pay stubs ... Etc.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
