Hi.

we are currently applying for CR-1, we are in the process of getting all the forms ready. On my wife's g-325a (she is a US citizen) she states that in the last 5 employers area, the address of every employer should be the Corporate Headquarters address not the actual local address, is this correct? or should we use the local address?, for example if she was employed by Lockheeed Martin in San Francisco, should we use Lockheed's HQ address in Washington or the local San Francisco address.

Also in my g-325a, i was a student in europe for two years, then i was unemployed for 8 months, went back to school again (currently a student), should i list all my student and unemployed phases on my g-325a employers area?

Thanks.

I put in the postal address for the actual building I worked in and not the corporate headquarters. You should have no gaps in your five year employment history, if you were unemployed (as my wife was), write in "None (Unemployed)" and then write "None" for Occupation. If you were a student (I was a Ph.D. student), provide the name and postal address of your University and write "Student" under occupation. It is very important to not leave any gaps in your employment history.
