Hi,

My wife's interview is coming up soon. I was browsing through and notice that the place to get the medical exam is either Cho Ray or IOM. Where is IOM? All we need to bring are: interview letter, passport, fee, 4 4x6 pics? Is an appointment necessary?

Lastly, where do we go for immunization?

See this K1 INSTRUCTIONS handout. It does not apply to your IR1 case but at least shows you the contact info for IOM and where to get vaccinations.

The pictures are 2x2in (5x5cm) not 4x6. My wife just went through Quarantine Service yesterday and she did need an appointment. I'm pretty sure either location for the medical exam requires an appointment, and they're hard to reach on the phone.
