Hello , I'm applying for citizenship next caming weeks under 3 years rule , I want to know documents needed for that process ? What's the form that should be filled ?

I'm talking about my husband citizen certificate ,he lost it he should apply for another one that I'll use it as proof , can I use copy or they need original ?

Oh, I see. Are you the non-US citizen spouse and he is the US citizen through which you will gain citizenship?

When I sent in my application, I sent a copy of my husband's passport so a copy will suffice. Never send originals.

Yes I'm green card holder and my husband is us citizen, do u mean I should send passport copy for n 400 ? To proof my hubs and citizenship ?

yes, passport copy is fine.

As for proof, marriage cert obviously. I wouldn't send much other than what is on the list for the initial application, but when you have your interview, bring some joint bills, evidence of a joint bank account (I brought the checkbook with both our names on), and definitely birthcerts of any kids born to the marriage.
