Can anyone tell me if there is a time frame/limit for completing the packet 3 checklist and submitting? is there an expiration on the application process as a whole, I know that most of us are in a rush to get approved and join our loved one, but if someone needs to prolong the process is it possible and if so how does one go about doing that?

Your I-129F expiration date is basically your "do by" date. You can find this on your NOA2.

You can extend it though if you want, contact the consulate and ask for an extension. MAKE SURE to confirm the extension though. You can contact the consulate using the link below. Make sure to pick Montreal and Non-Immigrant visa (since that's what K-1 technically is) then ask about an extension, see what they say.

You can also get it automatically extended by scheduling your interview. So if your NOA2 expires in December, before it expires you can try to get your interview scheduled for say February, then it'll be good until your interview.

You have 4 months for the NOA2 to expire. You have that long to book an interview date. You can extend the interview date out if you need to.
