Hey everyone, hoping to see if anyone has experience or if this sounds like a good idea to you.

For my fiancés G-325a form, she can remember most of her addresses and the street name/city of the others. That being said, with some of the dates lived at each residence, she is a bit iffy when it comes down to the exact month. She has a rough idea but as we do not want to 'omit information' or for anyone to think for some reason she is lying, should she add an attachment to her G-325a that states something like "exact months may not be accurate but were written down to the best of her ability/memory about each residence"? Or is okay to leave things as they are?

Thanks for any suggestions!

My then fiancé could not remember the exact month either. We estimated the best we could. I've always felt like explanation side letters/notes just confuse matters. my thoughts to you is just to do the best you can with the estimates and leave it at that. It doesn't have to be exact like what you're thinking.

Thank you very much for your response! We were worried about it being an issue if the dates were not exact so this is relieving. :D
