How long after approval letter online status changes to card production

It has been like 9 days since my approval and still no online update for card production. It says case was received... Any other people in this situation? Is it ok to do service request in the category "card not received". Vermont filler.

My hubby and I were called for an interview on September 28 because of all the moves we made. We were interviewed separately (hubby first). After the officer talked to me he said my hubby will get his GC in about 10 days. Status never changed or updated and still no card. Now I can't log in to check today and the mail hasn't come yet, so....still waiting....last I checked, website just says "Case was received". I asked on the forum and people said just wait.

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

Hi indiana_sweetie, sorry you guys still waiting. Since it's been almost a month since the interview, why don't you call the customer service and check with an tier 2 officer if he/she can see an approval notice on your case. If the answer is no, then make an infopass appointment and demand to speak with the officer who interviewed you and ask what's going on.

Hi indiana_sweetie, sorry you guys still waiting. Since it's been almost a month since the interview, why don't you call the customer service and check with an tier 2 officer if he/she can see an approval notice on your case. If the answer is no, then make an infopass appointment and demand to speak with the officer who interviewed you and ask what's going on.

I think we should wait. I read in another post it can take 30 days to just get the approval letter. If we don't hear anything or hubby doesn't have his card next month then we will need to do something. Thanks.

How long after receiving approval letter online status changes to card production. Letter says 60 days. Does it usually take more than a week.

So you got an approval letter in the mail first, and then the online status changed afterwards?
