We applied for I-485 in October of 2015, and at the same time applied for I-765, and I-131. I received an RFE in January and returned it the following day. Long story short is the I-765 will expire on December 25 2016. I read in a post that there is no fee if your waiting the I-485. ( The post was 2009 ). When I try and renew it wants the $340 fee. If it possible I would prefer not to pay the fee each time it expires. If anyone can help me on this subject and can tell me where to go and how to do it I would appreciate your help very much. Thank You
