Have a good day my visa issued on june 10.before travel to U.S.my wife stop visa because we have misunderstanding which is clear now and we are together now.but embassy canceled my visa and case returned to uscis and uscis change status in On September 30, 2016, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX, and mailed you a revocation notice. It explains the reasons for our action. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your revocation notice by October 14, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.please tell me what step next .my wife refill the petition again or this petition continue.my wife is pregnant now.

Once your wife cancelled her petition, that is it and it can not be reopen. Your wife will need to start all over with a new I-130. It will take about the same amount of time as your first time.
