Starting to fill out my forms today and getting confused already. Where do I find the I-94# number on that white card, is it the top left number ( 9 digits ) ?

Then my non-immigrant visa number, where do I find that? Is that the control number on the top right of the visa

( 14 digits ), or the bar coded number at the bottom left ( 10 digits )

Then, when I filled out the I-94 form on the plane at the top I put my full name, but then the piece that gets torn off and stapled to my passport only asked for my family name and first (given) name. So that part doesn't have my middle name on it. Now, the question is. It stated to put my name as on the I-94 form. Well, do I put my middle name down or what should I do?

Thats all for now, but I'm sure as I move onto the other forms I will have more questions.

Please be patient with me and I look forward to hearing your replies.

Thanking you all in advance

little4ele,

The I-94 # is the number pre-printed in big numbers on the I-94.

The visa number can be either the Control Number or the number in bold red letters lower down on the right side of the visa. Use whichever one suits your fancy.
