Hi!

So I got an email of eligibility from USEM Manila yesterday, stated instructions on how to schedule the appointment and helpful links as well. Should I be expecting another interview letter or this is it?

Thanks :)

That is most likely the only email/letter you will get from USEM.

You are doing an expedite? I only ask as you are an immigrant visa and normally NVC schedules the interview. If you are an EXPEDITE then follow the instructions in the letter from USEM for you to schedule your interview.

They most likely gave you this link for scheduling, you can also call: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ or here https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

Here is a link to the embassy instruction letter for what USEM requires for the interview: https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/IV-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-365KB.pdf

Phone number:

Embassy Manila’s Visa Information and Appointment Service center hotlines are(632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502. The call center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operation hours.

Visa interview appointments can also be scheduled online

U can set up your interview date after making the payments for the visa fee. If u will wait for another letter it may take a while..

The OP is an immigrant visa... process is different. ;)

Hello!

Thank you for your answers. My apologies for not being specific :) My case was expedited from NVC stage to USEM Manila. I already have my interview schedule made. It's just that one of the requirements as I read SLEC website was to bring the Interview Letter and Appointment Letter.

But I only have :

** appointment letter

** eligibility letter which just came like 3 days ago

And I guess I would not be expecting for an interview letter as you said it is usually coming from the NVC when they do the scheduling right? :)

You scheduled your own interview, correct? Did you print out a copy of the confirmation page/email (you will need a copy of this for the interview at USEM)? That is what SLEC is looking for, that and/or the email/letter from NVC. I would also print out a a copy or two of the eligibility email you got from USEM,

Here is a link with info on St. Luke's (Fee is going up 1 October ) http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/4-slec-medical

Also for later CFO: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/5-cfo-gcp-seminar

My interviewed was scheduled over the phone. I called USEM for that :)

Yup about to print the confirmation email and eligibility too. Too sad the fees gone up at SLEC :( I've already done the CFO seminar when I was in Cebu last month. But my kids need to have it too so they say.

Thank you ;)

If your kids are under 12 years of age they only need to be registered to get the sticker. If 12 or older they must attend PDOS

Fee has only went up for adults, for the children the fee has not changed.
