I received my Packet 4 email today for my K1 application, and I can only see dates available for November 2016 but nothing beyond. I would like to book my interview for January if possible, though my NOA2 says it's good until December 11 so would they let me extend that?

The reason I don't want to book the interview yet is I have a trip to visit my fiance in November so it has to be after that, and I'm also trying to get vacation time from work which would be much easier in the new year.

I don't believe Montreal opens up dates more than 2 months ahead of time. Sometimes they only open up chunks at certain times.

If you want to book it for January, then try booking in November. If you book your interview before your NOA2 date, it -SHOULD- be automatically extended for at least the interview date. Just make sure you don't schedule your medical too early, keep it around the time of your interview.
