Oops my reply didn't send.....

We got married on Monday and are currently working to get our marriage certificate back. After that, we will send in all of the paperwork and hopefully get the ball rolling to his green card!

These are the forms we have:

I-130

G-325A (one for each of us)

I-485

I-765

I-864

I-693

On the uscic site, there are instructions for each form that helped us understand why and how they needed to be done. The guides and example forms on here are also helpful .

After this, he will go into a waiting period until he gets permission to work, if it all goes through smoothly. It needs to be sent out before the date that your visa will expire.

To the veterans here, is this all correct? From my posts and scouring sites, this is what I've gathered and believe to be correct.

Good luck!
