Hi everyone! What if there are discrepancies on documents submitted on NVC? Will they bring it up to you before you will be scheduled for an interview? A friend of mine noticed a discrepancy on her marriage certificate now that her interview will be soon. She is so worried right now.

the NVC would sent you a letter or email stating what you should need to do if there's any discrepancy. If they missed to send you a letter or email about the discrepancy you should just bring it to your consular interview to avoid delayed of the issuing of your visa. Just bring all your documents needed in case they will ask for it during your consular interview.

How can there be a discrepancy on the marriage certificate? You submit a photocopy of the original to NVC and take the original to the interview. So they are identical.
