Help! NBI Clearance has no AKA

Hi everyone, my interview will be in two weeks from now. I was able to get a new NBI cleareance last July 2016. When I registered my profile online, I included my AKAs, but when I received the clearance, it wasn't stated the AKAs I registered. I have read some topics having a 221G because of this issue. Can you give me some advice if I must get a new NBI again and tell the people in the NBI to include my AKAs? It was ther negligence though since I stated it on my registration. Im running out of time to decide since my name has a hit. takes 10 days to deliver the clearance. Thank you.

I dont remember mine having AKAs and yes I just checked my NBI Clearance now. It doesnt have AKAs in it.

My interview was approved with no additional paper works.

Previous U.S. Visa/Trips
03-10-2014 : B1 issued date
03-24-2015 : B1/B2 issued date
02-26-2016 : Visited my aunt in Corpus Christi
02-27-2016 : Meet Ryan and he asked me out 
03-30-2016 : He proposed before I left U.S.
04-01-2016 : I left U.S. I wish I had enough days to marry him.
But, I have a very important business meeting to physically attend in Cebu on 04/04. I also have a business trip due in Japan for May 2016. 
Circumstances lead me to K-1.

Yes they did. They gave me back my copy and took the other half.

Here is the official word:

NBI CLEARANCE (Green Form): Applicants aged 16 years and older must have a valid Record Clearance (for travel abroad purposes) from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name, married name, and any aliases or nicknames ever used, including different spellings of all names ever used. An official letter of explanation from the NBI is required for any notation of “No criminal record”, or "No pending case”. For immigration purposes, an NBI clearance is considered valid only for one year from the date it is issued. You may contact NBI at (632) 523-82-31 to 38. The NBI website is http://www.nbi.gov.ph.

If your NBI copy is green and does not contain any notation of “No criminal record”, or "No pending case”. then it's safe to say you will be ok. No AKA's would be the only red flag. Like MsCompE stated she was fine with no AKA's.
