The form has instructions... those instructions answer both your questions! Along with a lot of other stuff you need to know in order to file without getting an RFE...

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Always read the Guides and VisaFAQs sections of this site and also confirm with the USCIS website. Information is power. You should familiarize yourself with all you can about this visa process. Arm yourself with the knowledge. It's not hard at all. Most of us here didn't use attorneys because it is that simple. Unless you have some legal issues from the past or have a complicated situation.

what is the fee for filing 1-29f and should I make out the check to USCIS.

A good plan is to alway check the USCIS website for the current fees. You can view them here

As per the instructions on the form......

Pay by check or money order in the exact amount. Make the check or money order payable to the Department of Homeland Security.
