Hi guys -

I'm getting engaged in the next two weeks and we know we want to apply for the K-1. *One person told me the only thing I need to bring back to the US when I apply is a letter from my Filipina fiance saying we intend to marry within the 90 days. However, somebody else suggested I need to bring an additional form there/home with me to apply??

For the first step, what do I need to bring her on this trip to fill out? I know I need the letter of intent to marry - but is there anything else?

G-325a you also need and then it could be a good idea to also bring the I-129F and fill it out there also.

You can look at the top tap under Guide ... there is a guide for all there is needed in the I-129F package.
