Once my fiance has passed the interview...

Do she pick up the visa in Manila or is it mailed back to the home of the fiance?

When you schedule for appointment, you choose whether she picks it up at a 2GO office or they send it to an address designated by your fiancé.

I believe you can change your preference up until the night before the interview, but cannot change it after interview approval.

My fiancé was approved on 8/24, and we chose to have visa sent to her in Cebu. She had Visa in hand on 9/03.
