Just a quick question:

Besides I-130, are there any other forms such as G-325A, is required to petition a small child (2 years old) as permanent resident? Also does a petitioner has to submit pp size photos for both (petitioner and child) along with I-130? Your help is really appreciated

I did milimelo,

Instruction says like this:

3. A child and you are father: Submit a copy of the child’s birth certificate showing both parents names and your marriage certificate.

Does this mean, only child's birth certificate and marriage certificate is required along with I-130? Also i would assume if parents are divorced before they need to submit their divorce decree along with or Am i thinking more than what is needed?
