* Is annulment one of the reason why you should undergo psychological evaluation?

* how long is the processing time?

* what about a wrist scar from 20 years ago?

I am preparing for my incoming medical & interview while waiting for the Japan police clearance.

The answer is yes to all your questions. It is a requirement. Allow an additional 2-3 weeks processing f I r your medical records to be delivered to USEM.

2-3 weeks waiting period for the psychological evaluation result. Is it possible to proceed to the interview while waiting for the psychological evaluation result? I hope it'll only takes a week to finish the process.

Yes you can have your interview without your medical but that also will add to your wait time.

While waiting for your PC from Japan start medical and by the time you go for interview you will both of those finished and ready to present for your interview.

Simply ask if they haven't told you. Don't leave the window without asking. Once your medical arrives the CO will review and render their final decision.

What steps are you going to do? Will you do your medical soon while waiting on your PC from Japan? Have you scheduled your interview yet?

Supposed to be schedules are August 18&19 (medical) & August 30 (interview), but my fiancé's lawyer said that I should wait for the pc (japan) so I have to wait for the reschedule date.

I am thinking about your idea because it is very much convenient when it comes to time management.. Time is running so fast.

I suggest you do medical now while waiting. Remember you can only cancel your interview twice then you have to wait 90 days and repay the interview fee.

My fiancé & I were talking about your advice and he appreciates it. He says he will talk to his lawyer to get another schedule for my interview while waiting for the pc(japan) and for the medical psych result. Hoping & praying for the wonderful result.

Having an annulment does not always mean you are getting psychological evaluation. My fiancee(now wife) got an annulment but she did have that evaluation. Her medical was on March 18 and she passed her medical the next day. Then March 25 was her interview in which she also passed.

BTW, this was done last year.

BTW, this was done last year.

She has marks on her wrists along with annulment. If I were a betting man odds are that she is held over for psy interview. Just my opinion.
