The following question's are about filing AOS from K-1 Visa.

#1. Do RFE's come before or after biometrics appointment? We received NOA1 and already went to biometrics appointment, have'nt received any RFE's yet.

#2. Now that we've completed biometrics what's the next step? How do we know if we need to do interview or just wait for ROC Interview.

1. After

2. Update saying "RFE" "ready to be scheduled for interview" or "approved" will be your next update... People who get the interview waived will not get the interview scheduled update they will remain on "fingerprint fee reveieved" until it's approved unless they get an RFE then it will change to RFE then approved... People who get interview will either go from fingerprint fee recieved to RFE to ready to be scheduled for an interview or it will be fingerprint fee recieved to ready to be scheduled for inter.... Bare in mine a RFE can happen at ANY time even on your interview they can issue a RFE

K1s are Eligable of getting interviews waived they have a 50/50 of this happening... If you need an interview his is not for ROC this interview is to see if you can get a green card then once the green card is issued you need to file ROC 2 years later
