Jacob Monty, a former member of Donald Trump’s National Hispanic Advisory Council, speculated on Thursday that Donald Trump was taking a hard line on immigration so that he could build a nativist media empire after he loses the general election.


Following Trump’s immigration speech in Arizona on Wednesday, Monty announcedthat he had resigned from Trump’s National Hispanic Advisory Council.


“After I heard that, there was no way I could continue to be part of a prop apparatus for Mr. Trump,” Monty told MSNBC on Thursday. “So, I resigned. And it’s a sad day because I am no fan of Hillary Clinton.”


As for why Trump had doubled down on inhumane immigration policies, Monty said that it was possible that Trump “listens to whoever talks to him last.”


“The other possibility is that maybe he does not want to win,” he added. “Maybe this is a media play. And I feel serious about that.”

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

Like really, what IS a Hispanic Trump supporter? I'm baffled, huh? Were they serious? That's why Jeb didn't get anywhere, his Hispanic wife.
