Hi Vicki

Good to see another Brit around here.

Addresses you need to go back to age 16. I had around 12 addresses to put in.

For the vaccinations, you need to look at the list for Knightsbridge doctors. I have had the missing ones done by my GP and they have printed a report for me to show I've had them done.

Here's the list

For most adults it's just MMR, TDAP (tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough), flu jab if you're going in winter. Varicella is chicken pox but this is not readily available as a vaccine in the UK (we don't vaccinate against it usually, we just put up with the itching and scratching!) so UK applicants are usually excused this one.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

No you can only go get it at Kingsbridge. Get it done decently close to your interview date because the visa validity is tied to the medical.
