who did you call to ask about your case ? i was on AP for like 4 days then it changed to issued yesterday but my passport is not ready to pick up

Probably not as that one isn't used for K-1 visas.

• Medical Report (no X-ray films or discs)

• Police Certificate

• Original of Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree

• Affidavit of Support: Forms I-864, I-864A, Federal tax returns, W-2s and job letter (if not already submitted to the NVC)

• Documents demonstrating your relationship with the Principal Applicant

I was not asked for affidavit nor were the other K1 couples.

Many on here that have also gone state no I134 was requested.

So DR currently is NOT requesting affidavit not sure if it will change in the short term.

but you can bring if you are no certain.

but its the i134 as the embassy handles that form and not the i864

Seems like that letter goes for both CR-1 and K-1 visas, the DS-260 and the i-864 aren't used for K-1s. Take the i-134 with you to the interview, but from Anita's post it seems you won't even need to show it.

Seems they are not asking.

I didnt give nor have many on here or people who were with me that day k1.

I am not sure if this will change in the near future.

If you feel uncertain take it but you may not need it either.

Sorry for not been here internet in DR is not the best and I'm trying to get ready to go back home with my fiancé anyways they did not request any affidavit of support.
