Hello all, may I please know why my k1 visa is taking too long to come in..I was approved at the Accra embassy and was told 2 weeks but in third week now and ceac says administrative processing... Should I be worried

I had my interview last August 16 and I was approved.. It's been a week now and still on ready status. Even the updated date is not updating.. Most of my friends who had their interview last August 16 had all their visa issued and just waiting when to pick up ?

I was approved the 11th of August and still nothing.. The wait is killing us we were told 10 days.. My case still says ready on the website.

Mine too.. Kinda frustrating. Does your updated date changed? And have you tried to call the embassy?

Its so sad... I had first interview on June 16..and second one on august 4..updated date changed just once on august 4 and nothing since

Mine still stuck on August 16.. The consul hasn't touch my case yet maybe..

Same mine was updated the date of my interview nothing since.. I call this morning to see what's going on and was told to keep checking the website..

They are doing extra security checks the same thing happened with me and my husband just be patient ?

Same mine was updated the date of my interview nothing since.. I call this morning to see what's going on and was told to keep checking the website..

Just be patient they are doing extra security checks it may take like a month before they issue it

Thanks newlove, can u pls tell me the status updates you went through... I'm I gonna go straight from AP to Issued? Or its gonna be AP-ready-issued? Pls help cos i miss her so much and can't wait to spend our lives together..this crazy immigration thins is so hectic

Hi, I just checked my status today and the date just updated from August 16 to August 24 ? But status still says ready

Mine updated the 24th and is now on AP not sure if that's a good thing but it says my case was created the 24th as well as the status change date any idea what's going on?

Finally issued..spent 3 weeks in AP. Keep the faith alive.you'll all have your visas soon
