Received NVC Letter with Case# but USCIS never sent me NOA2 and USCIS status still shows received

Should we just proceed to scheduling the interview and medical in Manila?

I don't think it's a problem but you can also call contact them and ask for another NOA2 .

I called USCIS yesterday and spoke to some officer Peter, their record still show received. No approval letter was issued. I was thinking a glitch in their system. Then, called NVC and they told me our file is already in Manila almost 2 weeks ago.

Do you got the paper from NVC ? That may help but anyway the case being at the Embassy already it's a good enough proof that your case it was approved lol.

Your NOA2 will be needed when you will apply for AOS so don't give up on it also...

That's what I thought. Lol! Now, we're scrambling on getting that interview scheduled. We were really caught off guard and we thought it's going to take at least 5 months before it's approved. Thank you for your response.

You're welcome...the whole process is endless and stresfull as heck... i am curently waiting for NVC to send the case to the Embassy. They've got my case on August 9 and it's still there for almoast 2 weeks

Thank you, i'll call them daily from tomorrow again... i will remind them the NOA2 is valid only until November and i need time to schedule my interview...

By the way, they have finally updated the USCIS website and it's now showing Approved. Any update on your packet yet?

yeeeeees, today the Embassy received it. Calling tomorrow to schedule an interview.
