Few questions for 751 submission

Q1: I got the "Tax Return Transcript" from IRS. It has first page with covering letter and then few pages of transcript.

Should I submit only transcript OR both (covering letter + transcript)

Q2: I read that $505 is the fees for i751 and $85 for the biometrics. Should I write the check of $590 together? Is it OK to write regular check of my checking account?

Q3: Do we need to write any number on the each page of form 751? If yes then which number I should write?

Q4: Do I need to write any number on top of all the evidences (i.e. bank statements, tax transcript etc.) ?

Q3: Do we need to write any number on the each page of form 751? If yes then which number I should write? The instructions to the I-751 form give you more info on this. See the instructions at uscis.gov/forms.

Q4: Do I need to write any number on top of all the evidences (i.e. bank statements, tax transcript etc.) ? I would make sure each page identifies you at least by name in case pages come loose, fall on the ground, etc.

We put Joan's A number on every page for the ROC stage. Probably overkill but it did not hurt! Good luck.

We did not add my A# number on all the pages but there was some identifier in several pages (such as my husband and my names) referring to the page as part of our application.

All three of us who answered your post successfully removed conditions without interview/RFE so that should tell you that you can be creative with how you organize things. Instead of focusing on the nitpicky things such as "Do I add my A# on every page?", focus on the larger picture which is providing ample primary evidence of your bonafide relationship. Good luck!

Absolutely! Joan's and my process has been very smooth ever step of the way (K1-AOS-ROC) because we front-loaded every application with plenty of evidence. We only added her A# to the ROC forms because this was the last step before naturalization and we just wanted to make doubly sure that everything was covered. Good luck!
