My sister in law sent out the k-1 packet out in June. She checks on the status everyday and all it says that case has been received. She's getting nervous thinking something is wrong. Have they started with the June cases yet?

She should be fine. Estimated processing times for K1 at USCIS is 5 months. They are usuLky getting approved 2-3 months right now but that's no guarantee. Every case is different because unfortunately they do not process it in the order they are received.

Mine took 5 months exactly- RFEs can usually cause a slight delay as well. Some June filers are getting approved and some from end of May are still not approved. It's a gamble I guess. Good luck :)
