3 questions to complete my N-400 Form

Hi, I just registered to this website looking for help to file my N400. I have 3 questions:

First question: on the N400 form, (version 03/26/2016) on Part 2, question 6 requires to enter "USCIS Online Account Number (if any)". Where do I find that number? Is this related to my Visa application that was approved on 03/31/2014?

Second, this is a double one: on Part 10, question 3 "How many times have you been married?" and Part 10, question 8, "How many times has your current spouse been married?"

I have married only once, to my US citizen husband, who was previously married and subsequently divorced in the U.S. I am inclined to believe that the answer to question 3 should be 1, and the answer to question 8 should be 2 (his previous marriage AND the current one?) I just want to be sure.

Third, since we got married in Mexico, the Marriage Certificate is in Spanish, do I need to send a certified translation as well? It was not required during the Visa process.

Thanks a lot for your help. This might be easy questions, I just don't want to have my application returned for some basic problem.

Isa.

Thanks JFH for relocating the thread.
Anitafeliz, Thank you. Does this need to be certified translation, or can my US citizen husband do the translation?
