Hello, i have a question on the I-134 form, part number 8, should I list anybody i claim as dependent on my tax returns? reason I ask is because I am divorced with a daughter, i pay child support but have never claim her in my tax returns. Should I include my daughter there or not. Also for poverty guidelines what is my household number? I live with my mother and grandma, but like i said I have never claimed them as dependents in my tax returns, I read my daughter should be included there since she is a minor, but since I have never claimed her in my tax returns I assume that will not be the case. Hope to hear from you and shed some light on this issue. Thanks in advance

PS: Also part 11, should i click INTEND I assume, now i do not really get what comes after that, asking about the time i intend to support such person mentioned in part 3.

Minor children are counted in your household size no matter where they live, or which parent claims them on their taxes. Your child will be listed there. They are your dependent. Your household size would be a total of 3, you, your minor child and your foreign fiancee. That is the household size you need to meet the income requirement for.

PS: Follow the example form for #11 > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

It won't really matter. The CO will count all minor children when figuring up your household size and what your income needs to be. When you later have to do the I-864 after married and filing for AOS, there is no such question. You just have to count the child in your household count.
