How long does it typically take for Packet 3 to arrive from the Manila Embassy? It has been 11 days for us and my fiancee hasn't received anything yet. Just want to check in if it might still be on its way and we're impatient or if it's time to contact the Embassy.

Typically you will not get P3 from USEM as the mail is very unreliable and at times you might get an email. At this point you can do everything yourself all the way through the interview.

I have a website that will walk you through step by step on the Philippines process. It's free to use. I list the steps, documents and other pertinent information so that you avoid the "gotchas" that are presented while processing. Gotchas can cost you time and or money. I help you avoid those.

Use the tab NVC to USEM.

Get the Embassy Letter which is P3:

It took lzzie2016 from NOA2 to interview 3 months. And for her that's ok because she may have waited for her reasons.

I'm able to help the OP shave off 2-3 months by not waiting for P3.

I just had my interview July 28th and my medical few days before that.

Please do not wait for Packets 3 and 4 or even email it wont be asked during medical or interview.

Just take a screenshot of the CEAC site which says your status is ready for interview, just in case.

Then book your interview online, not over the phone. :)

God bless

Like others said before dont wait on the packet. We waited two weeks before realizing we didnt need them. This is the website we used for information and it is free. http://visaconnection-philippines.com/

Make your payment for interview....register for an interview appointment date.....we got our medical done about 7 days before the interview

Thanks for the info! I was wondering what the Packets 3 and 4 are? We didn't receive anything but the case number e-mail and as soon as the case was ready, we paid for it and set up our interview. Should I be worried about those packets? Thanks much!
