Why would a US citizen need to take a medical exam for a US visa? The child is not a visa applicant.

Hi,

I understand that as a US citizen, your child does not need a medical since your child would not need a visa. That was the answer I gave you in my first post; you child does not need a medical.

I was responding to Greenbaum who came here and gave you very bad information. Ignore him.

Best of luck.

Is that 100% sure?Even if my daughter was born here in the philippines? I thought they will still check for my daughter since she was born here and live here till now specially that TB is getting rampant here in the philippines, But my daughter is healthy thank God.

Yes, I am 100% sure. Your daugher is a US citizen. It doesn't matter that she was born in the PI. She does not need a medical.

Even if it will be her first time to go outside the country?

Yes. You really don't believe me do you? You asked if I was 100% sure and what did I tell you?

One last time, a US citizen does not need a medical exam to enter the US on a US passport. PERIOD.

Even if your daughter has TB and all other diseases, they cannot deny a US citizen entry to the US.

Aaron is right she does not need a medical as she is a USC.

My apologies to Aaron, you were right. My mind was thinking all were Filipino which wasn't true.

OP Aaron is right.
