Hello, I have a question concerning the Aliens name in Part 2 of the I-129F form. 2A,2B, and 2C ask for alien fiancé's Family name, given name, and middle name and questions 10A,10B, and 10C ask for other names given. My fiancé has changed both her first and last name from her birth name. What is the proper way to answer this so that I do not have any issues?

I am a beneficiary that has also changed both first and last name (I have no middle name)

On the first part 2A and 2B (2C if middle name) you put her current last and first name(s), I have two first names, so I put those here.

In the Q's 10A and 10B (plus 10C if middle name) you put all the OTHER lastnames she's had (I have had two other, 10A: lastname 1, lastname 2)

And of course then 10B all OTHER first names she's had (I've had one of my two firstnames changed so I put: 1st firstname (birthname) 2nd firstname)
