wuhoo!!!! after weeks of doing nothing but preparing the petition, im done!!! :dance:

now just waiting on my lovely future hubby to recieve the last few things in the post ive set off and he can post it all off to texas.

after only discussing the visa for so long and gettin it all ready, i feel empty especially as he has now returned to the states.

i know we now have a long wait ahead of us but i intend on reading lots of books and having lots of early nights so tomorow always comes that little bit quicker!!

dreading wen i can start checkin on the progress though, think i will become an addict just like most of VJers :blush:

04/02/2007 - recieved at TSC

04/06/2007 - NOA1 issued

04/12/2007 - check cashed

04/14/2007 - NOA1 letter recieved

04/14/2007 - touched

06/07/2007 - touched (change of address)

06/08/2007 - touched (change of address)

06/10/2007 - touched (change of address)

06/15/2007 - touched due to phonecalls to csc.

06/16/2007 - another touch due to phonecalls on 15th!!!

07/25/2007 - APPROVED!!!!!!

08/06/2007 - NVC recieved

08/11/2007 - letter received from NVC saying send to London within a week

08/13/2007 - London recieves petition and sends out Packet 3

08/16/2007 - recieved and sent back packet 3

09/06/2007 - medical!!

09/12/2007 - INTERVIEW

09/18/2007 - Additional papers collected by courier

09/26/2007 - Visas delivered by courier!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

Welcome to VJ and hope you'll have a fast journey!

My Fiancee just had ours sent off yesterday and seeing the timeline for vermont filers, I won't be surprised if we get approved before end of April, glad we have got the ball rolling though. Good luck to everyone on here and am glad I found this site, It has been very helpful to us.

K-1 visa issued: 12/15/2006

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

Biometrics cancellation notice 6/27/09

Biometrics apt notice date 6/26 recieved 7/7

Biometrics apt 7/22/09

Touch 7/22/09

Finally able to see online info 7/22/09

Card production email 8/19/09 date ordered 8/18

hahaha thanks i will make sure to check things before i become a quivering wreck bout my RFE, which im sure i will recieve knowing my luck!!

ive been reading loads on here and it has helped me out loads, and will of course continue to so i know what to expect in future!
