Passport Renewal and K1 Interview

Hi All! Me and my fiance were wondering how long can we stretch out the interview date for K1 here in PH? We do not have NOA2 yet but we would like to have clear schedules because I also need to renew my passport.

I'm currently scheduled to renew my passport on the 1st week of August and it takes about a month (more or less) to get the new Passport delivered to me. If we get a NOA2 this month (maybe in the coming next 2 weeks), can we schedule the interview by around 2nd-3rd week of September?

You will have plenty of time to get your new passport and complete your visa application at USEM. The NOA2 will show a validity period of 4 months, the embassy will extend the validity of the petition for up to a year automatically.
