We recently received an RFE for not completing our I-693 completely. We came here on a K1 visa so we were not required to fill have another physical in the states. Our RFE incorrectly stated that we filled out the I-693 and we were planning on just doing the full physical despite not being in the wrong. We reached out to our Senator and they said they would inquire. After 3 weeks, they got back to us and said our green card had been approved. I'm hoping to save a lot of people time and money by urging them to reach out the constituent services department of your Senator's office. I hope someone can place this in a correct forum. Thanks!
