CONGRATS ON GETTING THE K3/4 VISA DIDN'T TAKE THAT LONG FROM YOUR INTERVIEW DATE

WELL I AM ABANDONING THE I-130 PROCESS SINCE I AM DOING MY AOS IN THE USA.

I WILL BE MOVING TO THE USA 01 APRIL. I WILL BE STARTING MY AOS PROCESS WITHIN THE

MONTH. AT THIS TIME I WILL BE SENDING A LETTER SAYING I AM CANCELLING THE I130 AS I AM

DOING THE AOS INSIDE THE USA.

I AM NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR A I130 FOR THE KIDS, DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THEIR K4 VISA, JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND $$$

AS FOR THE EAD. ONCE I GOT MY I-94, I IMMEDIATELY APPLIED FOR EAD...SEEMS TO BE A DELAY

ON THE BIOMETRICS APPT LETTER FOR ME...

BIOTMETRICS IS JUST YOUR INDEX FINGER PRINT AND A PHOTO TAKEN! NOT SURE ABOUT THE REST, THEY WANT YOU TO DO THE FINGER PRINT AGAIN! JUST THE TYPICAL HOOPS I GUESS!

THE MORE TIME YOU LEAVE TO GET YOUR EAD IN PLACE THE BETTER TO LINE IT UP WITH YOUR EI APPLICATION.
