Page 2 and 8 question help with I-751 Application

Please bear with my questions,

1. Filling out the actual application today and in Page 8 does my wife (who is the US citizen) need to write her name under

"Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center" even though I (the immigrant) is the only one who has to give fingerprints?

2. Does my USC spouse have to sign Page 8, 6.a.?

3. Under information about the conditional resident (me), Page 2, #21 is "Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident." I answered that "Yes" because my wife and I used to live in different state. Is this correct? I don't know if USCIS would consider the "yes" to that question as "yes" to only me lived in a different address since becoming a permanent resident. We used to live in Florida when I got my green card and now live in a different state.

4. Does the application need to to all typed in capital letters? And do I need to put N/A or None in any or all blank spaces?

Thank you. Since we do not have any children, do I need to put N/A in every box under Part 5? That's a lot of boxes.

And we don't have an interpreter, so N/A for every box under Part 9?

Also, should the documents be arrogant from latest to older or oldest to latest? For example leases and bank statements?
