Hi,

I need help answering Question 9 and Question 10 in I 134

My history:

1)I have submitted I 834 for Ex-wife (now US citizen)

2)I have submitted I 130 petitions for two relatives who are still outside US waiting for visa call

I am planning to answer Que 9 and Que 10 per below.......AM I DOING IT RIGHT?

Question 9 : I have previously submitted affidavit of support for...

Question 10: I have submitted Visa petitions to USCIS on behalf of relative

TWO Relatives for whom I have submitted I 130 applications and who are still waiting for visa calls

am I doing the right thing?? please help

It is an I-864, and yes, that is correct, BUT, you also need to add the I-129F petition for your current fiance(e) in #10 > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf
