Hi all,

First of all thanks y'all for your time viewing this thread! I sent out my i751 package on 5/16 to Vermont, tracking shows receipt on 5/19. And I haven't heard anything back from them. I sent in a money order, which I expected to help expedite the process for NOA... The only issue is when I mailed it and asked for adding signature, the UPS guy told me not to use the PO box and just address to USCIS...could that be the cause of the delay? Should I be panicking and calling them to see if it's being processed (since it's only been 10 days not counting the holiday)? My conditional GC expires on 6/12, so I'm thinking if I'm not hearing anything next week I should probably take some action.

Thanks for your kind advice!

It can take up to a month to receive the NOA. There is no action for you to take. You'll just have to be patient. Good luck!

Vermont can be notoriously slow. Took us 22 days to get our NOA1 back.

Hopefully you have a spreadsheet for your month, and you can commiserate with your fellow VSC May filers!

Update...I received my bio appt in the mail today (6/16), actual appt day 6/24. But I still haven't received my NOA extension letter...is this normal? should I contact them at this point? My understanding is the NOA would usually come first...

Thanks!
