Hello.

My situatuion is as follows: Sponsor fills I864 and would like to use spouse's income and she fills I864a. Thy both filed taxes jointly.

1. On sponsor's I864 field "Individual current income" (Part6:2), sponsor provides his individual income and for "Federal Income Tax Return Information" Part6 19a-c can he provide Total Income (combined with spouse) as on IRS Transript?

2. On spouse's I864a can it be the same?

Please, confirm or correct me if I'm wrong.

Additional question, if combined income of sponsor & his spouse is above the poverty limits, do they have to provide paystubs, etc, or would IRS transcript be sufficient?

Thanks
