What is in the long white package that you hand to agent when you arrive in the US on K1? Medical? ?? It's a rather heavy package isn't it?

It has all your papers, the petition, medical, documents you handed on your interview, and whatever else they worked with in your immigration process so far.

No, you should handle the envelope to the cbp officer when requested. They're responsible to send out to uscis or whichever place it is supposed to go

I know the papers end up in your local office if you get an interview (for aos from k1 for example), but not sure if they go to a particular service center or place.

No. Your entire file will go to the National Records Center. When you file for AOS, it will be requested and "marry up" with your AOS application.That's how USCIS will view your original medical and vaccination report. Eventually if you file for citizenship, every form and document you ever filed for immigration will end up on the desk at your interview.
