Thank you Russ and Hank for the quick responses. I'm trying to forensically piece together this entire process.

Hank, on your site you said "keep close track of the visa validity date (when you receive as it is tied to the initial medical date, so you will be short of the 6 months, you may only have 90 to 120 days before the visa expires." I'm not quite sure I understand this 100%. What does the 90 to 120 days refer to?

I made reference to the 90 & 120 days because of the TB issue that cause more delay with the medical being completed for the visa to be issued.

Normally, if you complete the medical a week or two before the interview you will have somewhere close to 5 months of validity on the visa once you receive it through 2GO.

For most this is a moot topic.
